Depending on the field of application we categorize the processing of biomass:

Dry Processing

In the dry process materials are treated which have to be aspirated during grinding process. For dust separation or a pneumatic transport a defined air flow is drawn through the system. Even products with an integrated high water content of up to 60% in may be processed dry.

Wet Processing

At wet processing defined volumes of liquids are added in most cases, which may contain enzymes and/or microorganisms. After grinding the slurry can be pumped.
