Equipment for Particle Size Reduction

Our machines and plants for the industrial size reduction of dry products are used for a wide range of applications from the production of animal feed or food to the chemical industry.

For the particle size reduction process itself and for dust separation, the system is operated with a suction working with vacuum. Dust explosion-proof designs are just as possible as different materials, e.g. stainless steel.

The CR 900 crusher convinces as a stand-alone machine and in combination with a hammer mill. It is ideally used for pre or coarse particle size reduction.

Coarse and fine particle size reduction

Hammer mills are used for the vast majority of our applications in coarse and fine grinding. Here Tietjen offers two product series: Large chamber hammer mills for high throughput rates, high-speed hammer mills for smaller or medium throughput rates with compact dimensions and wet hammer mills for shredding moist substrates.
