Employee mobility is an important buzzword in many companies. This is also the case at Tietjen. We want to make the daily commute to work easier for our employees and at the same time do something good for their health and the environment. What could be more obvious than a bike leasing offer for our Tietjen employees? No sooner said than done. Together with a company bike leasing provider from Uslar, we recently started offering all our employees the opportunity to lease a bike of their choice. Regional bike leasing A special feature of the concept: the bicycles all come from regional specialist dealers. This means that the bikes can be tried out on site before buying. In addition, the regional dealer network is supported and unnecessary transport routes are avoided. Sounds great? It is! Through a so-called salary conversion, everyone has the opportunity to choose their dream bike with us - of course also as an e-bike. This way, our employees enjoy savings of up to 40% compared to buying a bike directly. The first ones have already decided to buy their own company bike. Our managing director Thomas Runde also liked the idea so much that he decided directly to use an e-bike. While the other passionate Tietjen cyclists tend to come from the nearby surroundings, he regularly cycles 29 km from Hamburg to work. Exemplary.
