Processing commercial bio-waste: DRM installed at NVM Biokraft GmbH
Tietjen is pleased to announce that NVM Biokraft GmbH has recently acquired a recycling plant for commercial and biowaste. This system specializes in the efficient separation of foreign matter and organic material from commercial biowaste and has the advantage of requiring only a small amount of additional liquid. With an impressive throughput capacity of up to 25 t/h, this plant will help to expand the capacity of NVM Biokraft GmbH in Stadtallendorf Schweinsberg, Germany, and optimise its operations.

Complete system for commercial bio-waste designed and installed by Tietjen
The system was designed and installed by Tietjen. It consists of the depapackaging machine DRM, the PRS pressing screw, a walk-in, ground-level bunker, which is filled by lorry or by the tipping station for waste bins.
“By using the depackaging machine DRM, we will be able to increase the dry matter content of the organic components to up to 20% after processing, which will significantly improve the utilisation options and increase our profitability,” says Ulf Meier, Managing Director of NVM Biokraft GmbH.
