Filters are used to separate dust from gases, for example from the mill’s aspiration air. Besides the residual dust content, the reliable cleaning of the filter medium, cost-effective operation and ease of maintenance constitute important criteria when selecting a filter.

This is why Tietjen uses almost exclusively jet filters with automatic cleaning via compressed air pulses. Interval and pulse times are set via a separate filter control.

Standing or attachment filters as well as total separators are used here, depending on the requirements and installation situation.
