Our original replacement parts will ensure reliable operation and a long service life of your grinding plant. The supply of replacement and wearing parts to our customers is an integral part of our customer service. The extensive central warehouse situated directly at our site in the Hamburg metropolitan region allows us to deliver within the shortest possible time, and on the very same day in the event of an emergency. We use reliable forwarders and selected courier services to ship worldwide. We also stock replacement parts for selected makes of other manufacturers.
Tietjen machines excel in durability and robustness. This is why we are able to guarantee our customers a reliable supply of replacement parts even after 20 years.

Our system management service, which is always kept up to date, ensures that you are always offered the right parts. You will be automatically informed whenever there are technical improvements and innovations in our replacement and wear parts, provided that the corresponding parts are installed in your system. We can also provide our customers with reconditioning of high quality replacement parts in our factory upon request.

Our objective is to keep your production downtime to a minimum. Since we are familiar with our 2100 installed systems down to the smallest detail, we can help you quickly and efficiently.
