Several screen boxes are stacked on top of each other to such an extent that large screening areas can be achieved in a compact space. This facilitates a screening area of up to 28 m² with 28 screen boxes in four screen stacks.
A horizontal circular motion ensures the transport of the material over the screens, which are kept clear by special screen cleaners. The individual screen boxes can all be connected in series so that a high degree of separation accuracy can be achieved. For high throughputs, in contrast, the screening goods can be distributed to all screen boxes in parallel. All possible combinations between these two configurations are conceivable.
The Kreuzjoch plansifter that we use has the advantage over conventional designs by the fact that the inertial forces are balanced by two diagonally opposite screen housings. This results in the machine running very smoothly with very low dynamic loads.
