Optimum dosing of the feed material for particle size reduction
The screw feeder is suitable for conveying and load dependent feeding of free-flowing bulk materials to the hammer mill. A reduced thread in the inlet and a double thread in the outlet ensure an optimal and continuous product flow. The trough is designed either as an U-through (TTS) or as a pipe (TRS). The standard series includes 6 different screw types, some in double screw arrangement. The trough length is 2000 mm. In addition, a large number of special designs (screw diameter, number of troughs, length, installation position, drive) are possible in order to individually adapt the screw to the installation situation.
